SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NEW ZEALAND:

Flat rate of $7.00. Tracked service. North Island, 1-2 working days. South Island, 1-3 working days. Please allow extra time for rural areas. 

AUSTRALIA: $18.00 flat rate, allow at least 10 working days for delivery. Rural areas may incur an extra charge

REST OF WORLD: $35 flat rate, allow at least 10 working days for delivery. If you purchase more than 1 item there may be an extra charge due to the weight.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day if your order is placed prior to midday, otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. All orders require a signature/photo upon delivery, please ensure there is someone to sign for goods. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.

Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Libertine The Label will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Libertine The Label has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country. 

LOST PARCELS

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Libertine The Label will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Libertine The Label is not liable for the order.
