Refund policy

RETURNS , CREDITS & EXCHANGES

Each Libertine piece is made with intention - a little bit of magic stitched, cast or tooled into every detail. But if something isn't quite right we are here to help. We have eased the confusion of fit so every style comes with a measurement chart to check prior to purchasing, and an app 'find your perfect size' to guide you through this process. We encourage you to follow the steps on how to measure, to find your ultimate fit.

STORE CREDITS, EXCHANGES

  • We gladly welcome exchanges or offer store credit for full priced items received back by Libertine the label within 7 days from delivery date in New Zealand and 18 days Australia, of your order, all purchases become final after this time frame. The product must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached, and packaging. For change-of-mind or sizing requests, one exchange per style may be approved at our discretion. Once store credit has been used, the new order is final and cannot be returned again for further store credit, exchange or refund, unless faulty
  • Libertine The Label must be notified in advance of the return via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must email us first at sales@libertinedesign.co.nz 24 hours after your delivery, we can then guide you through the steps
  • Store credit is valid 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Whilst we don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing—an exchange for the correct size or a credit note will can be offered. 
  • Items purchased with a discount code, promotional sale, welcome discount, archive sale or store credit are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Returns initiated without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for exchange/store credit
  • For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.
  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Libertine the label is not responsible for lost items.

SALE ITEMS & ITEMS purchased with Discount codes.

  • All Sale, Archive items, items purchased with any discount code are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits issued.
  • Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Faulty of workmanship, not after being worn.

PRE ORDERS

  • Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated time frames of dispatch and could be subject to change. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the pre-order shipment is delivered to us. Once that item is ready to be shipped you will receive your tracking information.
  • If you have ordered a PRE-ORDER item and an item that is IN-STOCK your order will only ship when your PRE-ORDER ITEM arrives
  • Pre-orders are unable to be updated or changed once order is complete, sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Earrings are not able to be returned sorry due to a strict health regulations

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

  • We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products.
  • Unfortunately due to the nature of handcrafted garments, there may be in some cases faults, these can occur due to human error and also working with natural fabrics. There can also be slight variation due to artisanal workmanship, each piece is handmade. A variation is not deemed faulty just part of the wonderful process of hand made items
  • Should you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately and return the faulty product, we will then either replace it with another item or if that is not possible we will offer an online store credit or refund on full priced items.
